Great hiking opportunities right from the cabin. Short distance (10 min) to Haugesund, and to other places, such as beaches, mountains, shopping center, water park and cinema at Tysværtunet. Modern cabin with large terrace and idyllic garden

Skjoldastraumen is an idyllic and quiet place with the possibility of several activities and excursions. The place is probably best known for its saltwater locks that opened in 1908. The saltwater locks are the only ones in Norway that are still in use. The sandy beach at Notaflåt is centrally located and provides bathing opportunities on a nice summer day. Straumen school is also nearby. Here the kids can play and play football. If you drive to Nedstrand, you will find the well-known Himakånå. "Straumen er Draumen"

House in the forest - with fjord view

Recharge your batteries in this unique and quiet house in the woods in Tysvær. In the middle of Stavanger and Bergen. From here it is a 5 min walk to the fjord - where there is the possibility to fish. There is an undisturbed, large garden with fruit trees and ornamental shrubs and forest in rural surroundings. Lots of bird chirping and nature around. Good hiking opportunities on foot. The house has electricity and water. And associated tool house with possibility for storage and firewood available for heating.

Nedstrand. The cabin is located next to the path to Himakånå, and has great hiking opportunities. The property is fenced, which makes the place safe for children. The living room window has a great lake view. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 has 3 beds: 1 bunk bed and 1 cot with a length of 150 cm. Please be aware of grazing animals outside the property. Free parking is about 150m from the cabin, to get up you have to walk a steep climb. A suitcase is not recommended as there is a gravel road.

Her er det rikelig plass til lek,bålkos og grill. Det er gode solplasser rundt hele hytten. 15-30 min med bil til alle atractioner på Haugalandet. For å unngå ekstra gebyrer har vi valgt å inkludere alt i døgnprisen. Til gjengjeld ber vi gjester om å rydde og gjøre enkel utvask før avreise (se detaljer under husregler).

Stedet består av en fantastisk eiendom ut mot fjorden. Rikelig med plass inne og ute: Fem soverom, store terrasser og grøntområder. Utedusj og badstu med fjordutsikt. Stedet er et gammelt småbruk. Huset er i gammel stil og totalrenovert i nyere tid. Ligger i et svært rolig område med gode muligheter for tur og fiske. Otertong friluftsområde rett ved. Mellom Stavanger og Bergen/Hardanger. 30 min til Haugesund, 1 t 50 min til Odda (Hardanger og Trolltunga). Leies ut for første gang 2026.

Waterfront cabin in unique location near Skjoldastraumen in Rogaland. The cabin is located fully shielded on a large property and has a panoramic view over the fjord. You can enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking, and other water activities from the private pier and beach. There are multiple terraces where you can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset. The rental fee includes two kayaks, a boat and fishing poles. Daycruiser (19ft/90Hp) available for experienced captains

Velkommen til hytta vår i vannkanten der du kan ta trappa fra terassen rett ned til en egen privat badeplass. Helgøy er en del av den populære øygruppa Sjernarøy i Ryfylke. Det er enkelt å komme dit med gratis ferje, eller hurtigbåt fra Stavanger. Nydelig og rolige omgivelser med gode turmuligheter i øygruppa. Sol fra morgen til kveld. Romslig terasse på to sider av hytta. 2 sup-brett og kajakk. Sykkelutleie og sauna på den lokale butikken. Plass til totalt 7 personer.

Idyllically located cabin at the waterfront in Grindefjorden. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the fjord. Private beach and jetty, with access to boat (summer fun). Charming cottage in "Sørland style". The cabin is small but has everything you need. And from experience, it is the great outdoor areas that are used the most. There is a large terrace where you can enjoy both morning coffee and sunset when the sun sets at 10 pm. The jetty has a dining area for 10.

Traditional Norwegian log cabin with wood-fired sauna. Situated on a vast private property — perfect for a serene digital detox. No traffic, no light pollution, limited reception. Hike forest trails, take in sweeping mountain views, and watch stars stretch to the horizon. The area is home to rich, biodiverse, unspoiled nature, with eagles soaring by day and owls howling at night. Unwind with a sauna-session, followed by a refreshing plunge in the lake.

The cabin is located in a sunny location, approx. 45 minutes drive from Haugesund. It is walking distance down to the lake with its own jetty and boathouse. Boat with engine can be rented for an additional fee. Many opportunities for trips nearby.

The house is located in scenic and peaceful surroundings close to the fjord. It is an old but modernized timber house with a warm and good atmosphere. Here you can relax with a good book, take a fishing trip or a nice mountain hike on several of the peaks nearby, such as Himakånå or Hest. It is also possible to take day trips to e.g. Preikestolen or Langfoss.
