2,5 Zimmer Wohnung (66 m2) mit separater Küche mit zusätzlichem Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Schlafzimmer mit 1,90m Bett. Im Wohnzimmer ein großes Schlafsofa, das (mit richtiger Matratze!) ebenfalls zu einem Bett umgebaut (1,60m) und tagsüber wieder schnell zum Sofa umfunktioniert werden kann. WC separat zum Badezimmer. Unterkunft ist ausgelegt für bis zu 4 Erwachsene. Ein Kleinkind zusätzlich im Schlafzimmer ist möglich. Ausrüstung vorhanden. Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. vorhanden.

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve, as well as the large golf course nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Welcome to the Forester's Lodge Suite! In this absolutely quietly located apartment you will find stylishly enough space for up to three people. On about 120 m², you can relax very close to nature. No stress, no noise and a huge terrace for sunbathing or a relaxing start to the day. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your desired menu without any problems. Enjoy your vacation in the circus trailer on our property. In front of the circus trailer there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This can also be reached quickly on foot on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
