House of Encounters at Lake Chiemsee

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

Experience the traditional way of life up close in our cozy 2-room apartment, which combines the styles of the region. The large window facade provides plenty of light and offers a magnificent view of the Hochplatte, the Grassau local mountain, and all the way to Tyrol and the Wilder Kaiser! The large, covered balcony with lounge furniture invites you to linger. After a long mountain hike or a ski tour, you can enjoy a relaxing break in the swimming pool or sauna.

Welcome to our idyllic apartment on Lake Chiemsee! Only a 10-minute walk from the lake, you can enjoy peace and nature here. The apartment is cozy and Bavarian, air-conditioned with a mobile air conditioner and has a TV with Apple TV. A large garden with sun loungers and a rabbit hutch provide relaxation and fun. Parking spaces are available, but the apartment is not barrier-free. Perfectly accessible from the highway. Experience pure Bavarian nature!

The fully equipped kitchen and cozy living area provide a relaxing atmosphere. You can relax in the sauna after an active day. Lake Chiemsee invites you to swim, sail and cycle. Hiking trails and ski resorts offer adventures in all seasons. Gut Ising attracts with golf, tennis and horseback riding.

Farmhouse 1604 | Farmers Home

The Farmers Home with its 190 m² is ideal for "Family and Friends". You live and cook on the ground floor. You go out to the courtyard of the farmhouse with tables and chairs - ideal for an outdoor breakfast or a barbecue evening. The view is towards the horse pasture and farms. On the first floor there are a total of 3 double rooms - one of them with an en-suite bathroom. 2 more bathrooms are located in the Farmers Home.

Close to the lake Chiemsee and in the heart of Bernau, we look forward to welcoming you in the light-flooded, modern and cozy attic apartment. On the comfortable sofa, in the relaxing armchair or on the one of the two balconies you can end the day at the lake or in the mountains. It´s very important to us that you feel comfortable and that you enjoy your time. You can charge your electric car and bike at our place.

Remise - Villa Horn

Looking for an exceptional, cozy place to escape the ordinary? Then the Villa Horn remise is just the right place for you. One of our guests described the remise as a “Tiny House with antiques.” Surrounded by old trees is the former remise, adjacent to our 140-year-old villa in the beautiful Übersee am Chiemsee. The stylish small duplex, furnished with antique furniture and pictures, accommodates two people.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
