Captain ´s Suite

The apartment is tranquil and completely quiet on the street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 3rd floor above our second apartment, Captain's house, and has a south-facing balcony overlooking the countryside towards Lake Constance. A short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We have a charging station for electric cars. The apartment is not suitable for small children. In this case, the 2nd apartment is more suitable.

The apartment is in a very quiet location, about 150 m from the lake as the crow flies. Walk 350 m to the lake (swimming area). High-quality, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Our apartment impresses with its wonderful location not far from the lake. It is high quality and comfortably furnished, quietly located overlooking the beautiful garden. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake and go swimming directly in the lido. It is also close to the beautiful old town of Überlingen. It is about 20 minutes on foot. A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.

The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake.
