The Fichtenzauber vacation home was created from old spruce timber. It is located on the outskirts of Riedhausen and is located on the farm grounds in the middle of the countryside. In the immediate vicinity is the Pfrunger-Burgweiler Ried Nature Reserve, the second largest moor area in southwestern Germany. This natural experience is within walking distance and offers the opportunity to participate in various guided tours. The area offers numerous hiking and biking trails, natural swimming lakes and a variety of gastronomy.

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a nice wrap-around balcony with a table and chairs for enjoying a lovely day in the sun. Only a small walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach pool and the other many tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house there is another apartment….Captains Suite. A sauna is included.

Quiet apartment for relaxation

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

The apartment is 44 m² and consists of a living/dining area with open kitchen, a separate bedroom, a private bathroom and an outdoor seating area. The apartment and the entire furnishings are of high quality and very well maintained. We would like to offer our guest area to the Airbnb community when we are not using it privately. The 80 sqm three-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 600 year old patrician house in the old town of Überlingen. The lake, pedestrian zone and two supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away. The lovingly renovated house in 2017 captivates with its special location in the traffic-calmed Luziengasse overlooking the museum garden and the lake.
