The property is located in an apartment building on the outskirts of Überlingen overlooking the countryside and Lake Constance in the background. The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk from the center and the lake. The nearest bus stop can be reached in 1 minute. The access path to the house is about 45 m long and it goes down stairs about 9 m. Therefore, the apartment is not recommended for people with walking disabilities and for families with strollers.
