Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Umag

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking and a small fenced garden perfect for traveling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. A convenience store, bakery and restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

This place is amazing! Right on the water and close to all the fun things Rovinj has to offer.

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

Reception was very nice with a welcome gift. Communication with Miro (contact person) was easy and you got quick feedback. Also very helpful with problems. In total, a very successful vacation/stay and definitely recommended!

Our stay (2 adults, 2 children) at Oriela's was wonderful. The apartment is really close to the water, has everything you need and we were completely satisfied. Upon our arrival, we were even greeted with a large fruit bowl. Oriela surprised us with delicious cake and made us happy. In the wonderful weather, you could always eat on the terrace and have a good time. Great is the parking right by the house. Oriela has provided a beautiful environment with many small lights and so we were outside for a long time. Anyone who spends time there should take a close look around the house. There are countless small details on/in the walls and wherever you look, you notice something beautiful. Thank you for the great vacation 🌞

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Gloria and Alen were wonderful hosts! This place is truly exceptional—we loved the style of the house, and it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. We’ll definitely be coming back; it’s earned a spot on our top list!

Cute, small apartment within walking distance of the amphitheater and the city center. On the balcony, above the rooftops, you can enjoy the evening in a relaxed way. The bathroom is small, but perfectly adequate and has a washing machine. Caterina is very friendly and responds quickly with helpful tips. There is a cheap parking lot just around the next corner.

The location of this place is really wonderful: a wonderful view of the sea and the old town of Piran. In no time you are at the harbor, a bakery and a market are also not far away even if you have to put a few meters of altitude behind you. But the view makes up for it! The communication with Ana's father was extremely pleasant! Very helpful and completely straightforward! We will be happy to come back...

We loved everything about Rene’s apartment, it was perfect. Had everything we could imagine, fully stocked kitchen, quality hair dryer, lots of storage area, comfortable beds and the list goes on. We couldn’t recommend it more and will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our time at Marino's accommodation. We especially liked the pool. It is located in a quiet, secluded location and is very well maintained. Even in the small apartment, there was everything you needed. Marino and his whole family are also very warm and made us feel welcome. We can 100% recommend Marino's accommodation!

By far the best apartment we know! Super location, 5 minutes' walk to the sea, quiet, bright, clean, newly decorated and a perfect host! Tomislav and Lara were just super friendly, responded to our requests within minutes and were extremely helpful and proactive. Such hosts are an extremely rare and great experience! We felt extremely comfortable from the very beginning and just loved being here! Actually, you'd have to give 6 stars out of 5 stars for this experience. A really exceptionally nice stay! Amazing property - best stay during our 2 weeks in Croatia. Warm welcome, charming property even better than the photos. Gift of Rose wine, chocolates, soft drink and water on arrival were unexpected. Lovely gift of family lavender on departure - so sweet. Super nice stay! Our dog Ash enjoyed the stay to be able to run freely and then cool off in a well-cooled apartment. We needed to supplement with small things in the kitchen and Maja fixed us quickly. The car quickly took us to grocery stores, beach and restaurants. Quiet area, nice home, fantastic hosts. We would be happy to book this place again 😍

What an amazing and historic place! It was a great mix of authentic history with all of the newest, modern amenities. We couldnt have been happier.

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

Wonderfully beautiful apartment, plenty of privacy, very fully furnished. Very much enjoyed the Jacuzzi and furthermore provided with all comforts e.g. dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning etc. Spacious apartment/penthouse, parking in parking garage, quick responding host. We were guests of Sara in Pula (Valkane) from May 19 to 25, 2025 and had a wonderful stay! Sara is a warm, open hostess who speaks fluent Italian and English. We had apartment 1, a very clean, lovingly furnished apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, two air conditioners and a small balcony. Everything was super well maintained, the toilet and the entire apartment sparkling clean. The view of the sea was fantastic! The location is quiet, with a beautiful garden and even fresh fruits – at the same time, everything you need (supermarket, beach, old town) is quickly accessible. Sara explained everything to us in detail and was very helpful throughout the stay. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended!

the apartment is in a great location and has a large balcony overlooking the marina and sea. Alenka was very helpful and responsive if we had questions. Parking was very easy with the city parking pass Alenka gave us.

The stay at Mikela's was hassle-free from start to finish: Mikela welcomed us and showed us everything essential in the apartment. The location of the apartment is perfect: 10 minutes' walk to the city center, yet quiet and cozy. The apartment offers everything you could want for a short stay in Trieste.
