The house includes an integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house there is also 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. Wi-Fi is available. On the property, there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area, there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter, there are ski trails on the lake and an ice hole for winter swimming. An idyllic place only about a 10-minute drive from Umeå.

The house is fully equipped with all the amenities and you can choose if you want to buy breakfast or arrange it yourself in the nice kitchen. In summer, we have the open craft shop and garden cafe Eljest on the same farm. Large parking lot is about 50 meters from the house. There is an opportunity to charge your electric car at cost. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk).
