Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Umeå

The house has a charming character inside and out, good natural lighting, and it is well furnished with almost everything one needs for short-medium term stays. The heating system makes indoors so comfortable. Helena and Beppe are very welcoming and helpful; proactively making sure that all needs are met. I would be happy to stay here again and I would highly recommend their place to anyone visiting Umeå.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch und schön ruhig. Auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern muss es ein Paradies sein.

Jättemysigt och rymligt hus som låg lite enskilt och passade perfekt för oss och hundarna. Snabb och bra information från värden och fick också vägvals förslag inför våra Nosework tävlingar i Vännäs. Toppen allt 🙏😊

Een heerlijk huis op een mooie rustige plek. Comfortabel en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Beddengoed en handdoeken zelf meenemen of huren. Je kunt lekker buiten zitten en in het bos bij de rivier wandelen. Hond mocht mee. Vännäs is op 8km en leuk om naar toe te gaan. Ook voor de boodschappen. Kajsa is erg vriendelijk en haar ouders die in het huis er tegenover wonen ook.

Amazing place with a stunning view over the lake. The pictures do not really catch all the beauty of this location. Very friendly and welcoming host, greeting you upon arrival and available to resolve any issues during your stay. Short drive to Ö-vik and the national park. Spotlessly clean and very cozy house with all amenities you may need during your stay. I really enjoyed the stay at Lillemor’s house and will be happy to return again.

Väldigt fin vistelse när bi var på Umeå rally! Otroligt prisvärt hus, mysigt område och lätt att ta sig till rally-banorna. Bosil har varit väldigt hjälpsam och lätt att ha att göra med, jag kan starkt rekommendera detta om man vill ha ett billigt och gemytligt boende där många får plats!

Ich war auf einer Trekking Tour auf dem Höga Kustenleden unterwegs und brauchte spontan eine Nacht zum Aufwärmen. Das kleine Häuschen liegt direkt am HKL, ist sehr sauber und sehr ruhig. Die Nähe zur E4 habe ich nicht bemerkt. Im Haus gibt es kein Wasser und keine Toilette, aber zehn Meter nebenan ist eine komplette Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, welches man sich mit anderen Gästen teilt. Eine kleine Küche gibt's aber auch im Häuschen. Das einzige, was ich vermisst habe, war die Möglichkeit das Fenster zum Balkon zu verdunkeln. Dadurch war es die Nacht über (Ende Mai gibt's hier nur 3 Stunden Dämmerung) sehr hell im Schlafzimmer.

Logement vaste, confortable, très propre et bien équipé. Nous sommes restés qu'une nuit mais nous sommes ravis. Anki a toujours été réceptif et soucieux de nous faciliter notre séjour même court.

Wir hatten eine tolle Nacht bei Marianne und Niklas. Die Unterkunft war geräumig, sehr sauber und die Küche bot alles was sich der Gast wünscht. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher abstellen. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und wünschen Marianne und Niklas das allerbeste. Vielen herzlichen Dank

Tämä Airbnb-asunto oli erittäin hyvin varusteltu ja siisti. Sijainti oli erinomainen, vain kohtuullisen kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta ja asemalta, mikä teki liikkumisesta erittäin kätevää. Kokonaisuudessaan erittäin miellyttävä ja suositeltava majoitusvaihtoehto.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. Niklas was a wonderful host and always promptly responded. Had no issues with the place and the location being in the heart of the city, everything is just a walk away. The location is also extremely wonderful and the place was very neatly maintained. Looking forward to being back here again. 😊👍

We had a hard time finding it as no number on the building but thankfully had a picture. No indication where to park so that should be addressed to those arriving and I found where to put garbage but again no information on where it was located. Location was good and very clean and comfortable beds.
