The fully equipped kitchen, the pellet stove for cozy hours and the air conditioning for warm days ensure maximum living comfort. Our cozy apartment is surrounded by nature, framed by fields on the beautiful river "Naab". It has its own entrance and a nice outdoor area for relaxing and dining with a view of the cliffs. Your own parking place is available. On hot days, you can swim wonderfully in the Naab. From here you can go on beautiful hikes, bike/boat tours and excursions in the area. The center of Regensburg is easily accessible by bike on bike paths (6 km) and in 15 minutes by car.

Welcome to our luxurious apartment with 100 square meters including a private hot tub! Enjoy relaxing hours while sitting in the warm water of the hot tub and being pampered by the bubbling massage jets. (Operating all year!) The apartment also offers the additional option of a large outdoor pool in the summer months and a sauna (pool and sauna are not included in the booking price, but can be booked additionally via the digital guest folder afterwards)

The wooden vacation home is located on a 600 m² and lovingly designed property with plenty of space to relax and unwind for up to 6 people. Two terraces with awnings and cozy seating invite you to sunbathe or eat together. The highlights of the garden are a Jacuzzi with wood burning, a fire bowl and the rustic seating area in the countryside. The property has partial lake views - the swimming lake is about 3 minutes on foot.

We invite you to vacation and relax on our intact farm, in a quiet location by the Regen, near Nittenau. We provide our own 1 km long fishing water right by the house, barbecue area, lawn, fishing boat and lots of country life with cows, calves and cats.
