Very cozy condo with lots of natural light located in the heart of the city. You will find that having a car won’t be needed and everything is walkable. The condo does come with WiFi, a very comfortable Tempur-Pedic bed with a 55” 4K smart Tv in the bed room and living room. Like coffee? Well we have a keurig and as well located next door to Star-bucks. The condo is professionally cleaned after each guest. This amazing Main st. facing unit has a large balcony with opposing sofas for you to soak in the downtown experience. The entire unit was remodeled in 2019 and has brand new furnishings. It is a studio unit with a completely open floorplan. The bedroom area boasts a King size bed with luxury bedding. This studio can sleep 2 extra guest as well with its queen size sleeper sofa. It is very centrally located!

Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony. If you're in town for an event at the Bon Secours Arena, avoid event parking fees and stay here. You won't find a closer place to the arena.

A spacious 2BR/2BA condo in the center of downtown Greenville. Walk outside and you are on Main St. Two large balconies overlooking Washington and Main make this one of the most unique condos in all of downtown. A "people watchers" paradise! The building has an elevator and security guard, Sticky Fingers and Sully’s Bagel shop. A truly great place to stay if you want to experience downtown living. This a perfect place for those remodeling or moving!
