The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Come experience our awesome treehouse on 16 private mountain acres. This nicely equipped studio style treehouse with sleeping loft and sleeper sofa can accommodate up to 5 guests. We have several private hiking trails on site or get out and explore the many hiking trails, waterfalls and the Blue Ridge Parkway! Please be aware: 4 wheel drive is required to drive to the top of the driveway. There is no WiFi or TV available, but cell service should be good, enjoy the great outdoors!
