This charming apartment from 1923, built in the "modernismo popular" style in the hip beach district of Cabanyal, has been freshly renovated with attention to detail and comfort. It offers space for 6 adults. A 5-10 minute walk to the sea and, thanks to public transportation, super connected to the old town, or you can enjoy the view in the green courtyard from the beautiful balcony with a hammock. The three rooms upstairs are all flooded with light with mosquito nets and shutters. One of the rooms is a walk-through room and one has a children's room with toys separated by the closet. All rooms include new aircon units. Bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival as well as soap, shampoo and shower gel. That is exactly why we kindly ask our guests to observe the quiet time between 2-5 pm. We own a tourist license and also the national registration numbers:

This place has an excellent location. Old Town Center, a minute's walk from the Plaza of the famous Church of Altea. Located on a quiet street at the highest point in Altea, it has incredible views, almost 360 degrees, with no neighbors next door. The house has everything you need, including everything for the beach. House cleaning done only with organic products! Child-friendly house! Pets are allowed as long as they don't climb on the furniture!!! We wish you an unforgettable vacation!

ARTIST STUDIO FOR CREATIVE MINDS.

An artist's studio decorated with his own works and Ibizan style with a garden with Arabic touches and chill-out. The studio consists of a main room with high ceilings and wooden beams and a small office with a kitchen and a cozy bathroom. It has an outdoor patio with a summer shower and barbecue. The residential complex is recognized for its architecture and MED_MEX style, the studio belongs to the "El Olivo de Oro" development, very quiet and with swimming pools and paddle tennis court.

The house is located less than an hour by car from the best beaches in the Region, very close to restaurants with traditional cuisine. If you don't know Murcia you will be surprised!!!
