The Suite is very spacious, totally independent, it is a unique space, with very high ceilings and newly renovated. It is an entire home, a top-level space, with totally independent access and the first thing that catches attention is the very high ceilings; this is a luxury suite with a single very spacious room with two large windows (from where the Mercado Colón is viewed laterally) that provide a very cheerful and spacious stay. The only bed is 180cm wide and high quality. Next to the room it has a large size luxury bathroom, the other smaller bathroom is next to a spacious kitchen-dining room and close to the access to the Suite. The qualities are of the highest level and the decoration is very cheerful and simple. The entrance hall area to the suite is spacious and everything has its charm. It is spacious with bright and cheerful tones. The kitchen is of the highest level and has everything you need and very elegant and modern furniture. We take care of the details and don't want anything missing. In the middle of the kitchen is a very wide rectangular table. The kitchen bathroom is very charming with special and nice tones. The master bathroom is spectacular, great luxury and very spacious. The heating is radiators by gas city and the hot air conditioner is of high quality. Important information note. Washing of clothes of the day. We have a laundry service (washer and dryer) included in the price for the daily clothes you use during your stay on working days. As the washer dryer is not inside the Suite then we take care of the daily laundry and drying (this service is included in the price). This big and spacious apartment called "The Cypresses" is situated in the old part of the city. There are many shops, bars and restaurants nearby althought the street is residential and very quiet. It is located only 5 min walk from Ángel Guimera underground station with direct line to Valencia airport. Also 10 minutes walk from the Train Station wich is next to the main square (Plaza del Ayuntamiento). Right beside the apartment there are several bus stops for different rutes: to the beach, the Trade Center or the Arts & Sciences Museum. There is a public car park 3 minutes away. "The Cypresses" is 19th century two storey renovated building with wooden beams and a living area of 250m2. It has got two double rooms (one with double bed), two complete bathrooms, a living-room/ dining-room with a fully equipped American style kitchen with all amenities. We included free internet & wifi, towels and sheets in the price. The capacity is for 14 people but we admit bookings from 5 people.
