Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Valencian Community

Quaint central apartment - brilliant location. Only a short walk from the beach and very close to all the bars / restaurants. The host was really responsive to all queries, answered within 5-10 minutes for every message, and sent a helpful guide before check in to explain the process and also parking. The apartment had everything we needed for a four night stay in Benidorm. It was clean, and had an iron, washing machine etc. The host even left shower gel, hand wash, and shampoo which was very helpful and kind. The shower is a bit small, but I understand why as the bathroom isn’t large enough for a bigger shower. The pool is well kept, although without sun beds - we laid on the floor using the beach towels provided which was no bother for us, but if you’re not comfortable doing that, you may struggle to sit around the pool area. It was super handy having two lifts, and keyless access. I would most definitely stay again. The price was fantastic, the apartment great, the host superb!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Central location, quite spacious inside. The host is responsive and helpful with any questions. Only one small downside was the quantity of stairs from building front door to the building elevator. Not a big deal for us at all. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Valencia

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

We spent four days in this lovely apartment, and had a great time. Just in front of the beach, well equipped. There are a lot of nice restaurants around and we did not need yo rent a car. I definitely recommend and hope to come back.

La comunicación con Daniel fue buena, respondió rápido. El apartamento es tal cual aparecen en las fotos y estaba muy limpio. A destacar, la comodidad de la cama y la tranquilidad en la noche. Las vistas y ubicación preciosas. Lo recomendaré sin dudarlo. Gracias Daniel por estos días que hemos podido disfrutar en tu apartamento ;)

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Carolina's appartement. Erg schoon, ruim en goede bedden! We hebben heerlijk kunnen slapen zonder lawaai van buiten. Vanaf het mooie balkon kijk je uit op de Mercat d'Algirós. Verbinding naar het strand en het centrum is heel goed (bus 32) en de metro naar het vliegveld is heel dichtbij (lijn 5)! Lopend naar strand en centrum doe je er ca. 30 minuten over. Carolina bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en fijne communicatie. Saludos, Silvia & Nastasia

The host Carmen is extremely nice and helpful, offering useful suggestions for your stay and help beyond the mere letter of the contract. The apartment is quiet, facing off the street, yet it is well-connected with the next bus stop literally around the corner and a metro station in a walkable distance. Unfortunately, the supermarket within the block has closed, but there are still useful shops close by. We have stayed here several times and enjoyed it every time.

This place is amazing well worth the money, Maria was lovely , very helpful and full of suggestions of what to do , places to see and how to get there, responded very quick when I needed some information.. the area is handy for eating and transport . The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, well equipped and very clean. I would definitely recommend and would book again thank you

El apartamento está genial, el espacio está muy bien aprovechado y dispone de una terraza para comer cenar o simplemente relajarte leyendo. Se puede llegar a la playa perfectamente andando en 4-5 minutos ( yendo con niños) . Las zonas comunes muy cuidadas y tiene piscina pequeña y grande. Tiene todo para pasar unas vacaciones perfectas. La anfitriona súper atenta y simpática, responde al instante si la necesitas y sus recomendaciones 👌🏻. Recomendable 100%

El piso está perfectamente equipado, de acceso fácil y muy funcional. Estuvimos visitando la zona mi pareja y yo y nos fue de maravilla. Muy recomendable.

Nuestra estancia en este apartamento fue estupenda. El barrio es muy tranquilo y la casita está a escasos minutos andando del centro de la ciudad, al igual que del paseo marítimo. El apartamento es como se muestra en las fotos y estaba muy limpio. Cayetano nos hizo recomendaciones de sitios que visitar y restaurantes y estuvo atento si necesitábamos algo. Es cierto que hay varios parkings alrededor, pero es complicado encontrar aparcamiento en fechas señaladas. Por lo demás, todo perfecto!

We had a house to ourselves and with 1.5 baths, and 3 bedrooms, it could easily have hosted 6 people. At night it was cool enough that the lack of AC was not an issue. There was a roof deck and chairs to hang out, just be respectful of neighbors. The bufador was around the corner and parking was nearby, very convenient and scenic location. We loved it and walked everywhere during our stay. Everywhere we stayed in Spain, there was some noise, but ear plugs took care of it. Make sure to check on your car because while you can pay for multiple days, there was a note stating that the lot we were in would be closed for some activity that weekend and we had to move, but we found additional parking easily enough. Peñiscola is a beach town, going there is like going to Florida or California to hang out at the beach.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect stay for our family of five We had a wonderful time in this apartment! The location was ideal for our family with three young children. Everything we needed was there — a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, which was especially nice during the summer heat. Our host Amparo was fantastic: always quick to respond, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On our last day, we were even allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, and she kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Everything was perfectly taken care of, which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended for families visiting Valencia!

Meilleur hôte depuis que je suis sur Airbnb ! Communication rapide et précise, beaucoup d'informations données pour les transports et les infos touristiques. Hôte très disponible et vraiment arrangeant au niveau des horaires. Il y a dans le logement de quoi petit déjeuner, c'est extrêmement appréciable ! Encore un grand merci. Le logement correspond aux photos, il est spacieux, propre, avec du rangement. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Il y a également des moustiquaires aux portes et fenêtres. Léger bémol au niveau de la literie où on s'enfonce un peu dans le matelas mais on a quand même bien dormi. Il y avait des travaux dans l'immeuble quand on est arrivés en journée mais ensuite nous n'avons pas été dérangés. Logement parfaitement situé, proche de la mer et à côté des arrêts de tram et de bus pour aller en ville. Je recommande le logement et cet hôte, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was great to be back in this familiar area again. The villa felt spacious and well appointed. Outdoor areas were very well maintained. There was plenty of space to enjoy and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Tom’s agent Michael was very responsive. The associated car hire from Gray’s worked very well with the pick up and drop off at the airport.

Staying at this apartment just outside Valencia was truly a special experience. The home itself was comfortable and well-equipped, but what made it truly memorable was the chance to connect with the local community. From friendly neighbors to authentic local encounters, we felt genuinely welcomed and immersed in the culture. It was more than just a stay—it was a glimpse into real Valencian life. We spent 4 nights at Felipe's apartment, very spacious and had absolutely everything needed for us, the grandparents and 2 grandaughters, quiet, clean neighbourhood and 5/10 min walk to all the bars, restaurants and a gorgeous sandy beach, bus stop at bottom of road, we rate very high and if we go to that part of Spain again we will definitely stay again!

tout s'est bien passé, logement suffisant pour un coupe avec 2 enfants. A proximité de la plage sans juan et du super marché.

Si pudiera ponerle 10 estrellas, le pondría 10. Hemos estado súper a gusto. Desde luego, uno de los mejores Airbnbs en Javea. El piso está impoluto. Fuimos una familia de tres. Es ideal para una familia. La cocina está muy bien equipada y se puede cocinar sin problemas. El baño es fantástico con una ducha enorme. Está muy bien climatizado. El piso está bien ubicado. A unos 20 minutos andando del puerto. Tiene un Mercadona a dos minutos. Es un ático, por lo cual disfrutas de unas vistas al mar y unos amaneceres preciosos por la mañana desde la preciosa terraza. Está decorado con mucho gusto. Te da la sensación de estar cómodo Como en casa. Y el bloque de pisos en sí está muy bien cuidado. Un plus grande es que tiene parking. Desde luego de los mejores pisos que hemos alquilado. Volveremos seguro!!!!!

Muy bien ubicada. Si vas con niños es ideal porque no hay que coger coche para ir a la playa. La piscina también la disfrutaron mucho.

Decorado con gusto, acogedor, muy limpio, con todos los detalles. No nos faltó de nada. La ubicación es muy buena. Los anfitriones pendientes en todo momento. Totalmente recomendable. Repetiremos. Gracias.

This is my second stay at Diane’s place and I wish I could have stayed longer. Next trip is already booked! This really is a luxurious apartment and I feel privileged to have spent the past two weeks there. It is spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, well-equipped and has amazing views. The gym and the tennis, squash and basketball courts are great extras. You can walk for miles along the beach, go for a swim and then go to the gym! You cannot wish for a nicer host than Diane. She does everything she can to make it an enjoyable stay and am looking forward to my next trip.

The apartment was exactly as described. It had everything you would need. Good WiFi and TV system with lots of channels. The kitchen was well fitted out with everything you would need for cooking. The pool was just a few meters from the patio. As it was early April, we had the pool to ourselves. I would have no fault with this apartment. Marian responded promptly to all of our emails. I would highly recommend it.
