Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Our home is a halfway between Pula and Kamenjak i.e. 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! The apartment is located in the city center 150m from the most famous Pula monument Arena - an amphitheater from Roman times. In the immediate vicinity there are cafes, restaurants, shops, a promenade and the strict city center with the main street leading to the most famous city square of the Forum. The sea is a few hundred meters from the apartment, but the first beaches are about 2700m away The airport is 10 km away from the accommodation.

The apartment is situated in a family house and has its own separate entrance. It is located 8km from airport, 1,8 km from the city center(the bus station is nearby).Many beaches are in the driving/cycling distance (about 3,5 km-4,5 km),as well as big shopping center( 1,56 km). Within a 100 m there are two great restaurants,and you can use our bikes as much as you want,fast internet.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi

Welcome to the studio apartment „Piccolo“ in Pula. We are situated in a very quiet part of a town named Veli Vrh (Big Hill). The pool is shared with another guests from the other apartment. The size of the pool is 4x9x1.35m. The pool is open from May to November.
