Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

This unique place has a style all its own. Weging 4 is a former farm from 1952 in the middle of the Bavarian Forest. The converted studio offers a unique panoramic view with private terrace and sauna. The apartment is located on the 3-hectare property with horses that live in an open stable in the immediate vicinity. A perfect starting point for hikes, canoe and mountain bike tours. The heart of the small apartment is the cozy living room with corner bench, mini-kitchen and sofa. The double bedroom has a window facing east – in summer you will be woken up directly by the sunrise. A separate single room with another bed faces south. And in good weather, a sun terrace and sunbathing lawn await outside - the garden in front of the terrace (about 50 square meters) is also all yours!

The flair of the 50s is preserved in the house. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
