We stayed in the apartment for three nights in June. Ilka sent us all the necessary information beforehand, so check-in was easy. We found the apartment clean, beautiful, stylish and as described and well equipped. The apartment is quiet, parking directly at the entrance. A bakery is 30 meters away as the crow flies, and you can enjoy the rolls on the terrace. Right in front of the house is also an app-based bike rental (MV-Rad).. A very nice Airbnb apartment.

In this beautiful accommodation you can spend a few relaxing days in beautiful surroundings. The apartment offers plenty of space and is very cozily furnished. It is also very well equipped, you have everything you need, even to cook on site. Heike and her husband are very friendly and helpful, you feel very well taken care of right away. In the area you can do great bike tours through the forest, it is 3 minutes on foot to the water, you can cross to Poland by ferry and the restaurants in the village supply delicious fish, if you do not feel like cooking. There is also a small supermarket on site. If you want a break from the city or generally like to be in nature, you can spend a very nice, quiet time here.

We felt super comfortable, the apartment is nice and cozy, everything is super clean, fantastic garden. Line is a great hostess. Full recommendation :)

It was a wonderful location and the apartment was very clean and fresh. In the future, when I am in Świnoujście, I will be happy to visit again :)

Very nice, modern, spacious and well equipped apartment with great garden and climbing frame in a quiet location. The village is a little off the beaten path, but you could still shop for everyday needs in the well-equipped village shop. The beds were comfortable, the pillows a little bulky, but that's more subjective to consider. Great was the child-friendly equipment with lots of games, puzzles, books, a small play area. Even a stairs high chair for toddlers or a children's step in the bathroom were available. There was also a small night light in the children's room. Also great that there were "screens" and blackout options on many windows. Fan - also great! The caretaker always met us kindly and always helpful. We were positively amazed by the good insulation, we never noticed the neighbors among us and despite the 2nd apartment you had the impression you had the house to yourself.

We were very warmly welcomed, also by the 2 cuddly cats, enjoyed the garden fireplace room and the sauna very much:) Thank you!

I stayed at Sigrid’s apartment for two weeks and was very pleased with the experience. The apartment is spacious, bright, spotless, and very well maintained. Its location is excellent – just a 5-minute walk to the University Hospital and big Lidl store, with a bus stop right around the corner. Sigrid is a wonderful host: kind, helpful, and very thoughtful. I especially appreciated her picking me up from the train station on arrival and taking me back very early in the morning on my departure day. The apartment is also very quiet and offers great privacy. All in all, the apartment is absolutely worth every penny. If I ever return to Greifswald, I will definitely stay with Sigrid again!

A very spacious apartment to feel good. I was by car and could park for free, which was great. It was very quiet - although Netto etc. were downstairs, but you don't notice that. (Some other visitors have already written and I can only agree with them) If you come by public transport, you could maybe ride a bike (rented at the train station). Super uncomplicated communication. Glad to come back😁 A proposal for the summer season: seating on the balcony

Quietly located, clean & modern apartment. Great communication with the host! By car, the property is 10 min from the beach. (Walking very far, feasible by bike) We were satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation!

Everything perfect, good location, nice apartment

We (two adults + two children 4 and 5 years) felt very comfortable in Bernd's Achterkajüte! You can tell - in a positive sense! - that a private landlord is at work here, who cares about the well-being of his guests and the condition of his vacation property! From the very friendly welcome to the impeccable apartment (well photographed, as shown in the photos), the use of the spacious garden for playing football with the children, the family-friendly environment in Loddin with delicious restaurant (recommendation: Kikis Bootsverleih & Restaurant in Loddin), the good location on Usedom... We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere in the accommodation was very pleasant – cozy, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The wellness area was a great extra and perfectly rounded off the stay. The view from the apartment was also particularly beautiful – just to feel good. WOW just WOW, the first impression is enough. Great apartment to switch off, equipped with all the items that are necessary + many other extras. Gave us the perfect feeling to feel comfortable. So you can only recommend it!!!

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment. Location is perfectly located. Located in a new settlement with playground, pool in the basement, fitness room and private parking in the garage. You can walk to the beach and the center in about 10 minutes. Everything was perfect and we liked it very much. A plus is the air conditioning and the elevator to the apartment. We would definitely come back.

A beautiful view from the window is the deciding factor. Bonuses in the form of a panorama, a pool is super. I recommend it to everyone.

Great apartment, host and beautiful view from the place. The host was very clear with checkin instructions and very responsive. The apartment was very well kept, clean and exceeded our expectations with a wonderful view of the city. The amenities were also a huge plus, private underground parking as well as an indoor pool on the bottom level. Overall was an excellent stay!
