Located on the Haunsberg in Obertrum, right on the main road, this modern accommodation offers great opportunities for young and old. Hiking and cycling opportunities can be found right in front of the house, and it takes 20-35 minutes to get to the center of Salzburg by bus or car, depending on traffic conditions. On summer days, Lake Obertrum is ideal for refreshments after e-bike tours, a city trip or simply to relax. We can't wait to give you individual travel tips!

Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem ruhigen Biobauernhof in Alleinlage im Salzburger Land. Ideal zum erholen, entspannen, aber auch perfekt um Radfahren zu gehen oder um mitten in der Natur zu laufen. Mehrere schöne, warme Badeseen liegen zwischen 2km und 7km entfernt. Das Ibm Moor ist ca. 5km entfernt. Das Loft verfügt über eine Küche mit Induktionsfeld, E-Herd sowie Kühlschrank. WC und Dusche sind exklusiv. Die Sauna kann gegen Nutzungsgebühr exklusiv gemietet werden.

We are happy to have families with small children and support them where we can. In the apartment there are many useful things such as a highchair, potty or toys. We can provide much more. The apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchen with dining area, entrance area and bathroom. It is a detached apartment with a separate entrance door and its own washing machine. Directly opposite is a lake for swimming. There is a lot for children to do and play on the farm.

Spacious and quiet accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped (stove with oven). 2 children up to 14 years old can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed in the kitchen. The kitchen is a passage room to the adjoining double bedroom. The bathroom with toilet and washing machine is in the hallway. Grocery store, cafe and 24-hour shop very close. Wi-Fi throughout the house and extra cable at the desk for a stable internet access e.g. for remote work.

Stylish loft with lake view The accommodation is suitable for up to 10 people. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house and has a balcony. The apartment is accessible via an external staircase. There are up to 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 separate Toilet. Parking is right in front of the house Towels, linens and a hairdryer are provided. In the house is a small shop with Greek products.

Tiny house for connoisseurs!

Start your excursions by bike or car from our blue vacation cottage to the cozy Innviertel with its beautiful gardens, monasteries, markets, explore the Drei-Seengebiet or visit the cultural city of Salzburg, which you can reach in half an hour by car. When you come back, you can cook your own dinner in the cozy kitchen or fire up the grill. Enjoy the view of the pond, the flora and the cheeky swallows on the terrace.

Central, sunny accommodation

The 1-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house as a residential unit with a bedroom/living room, mini kitchen, bathroom (shower, bathtub and toilet), as well as a terrace with magnificent mountain views. My place is in the Seelentium region (Ibmer Moor and lake). Salzburg (37 km), Burghausen (19 km) and Braunau (25 km) are nearby. My place is good for solo travelers.
