Welcome to the workshop. A former railway building reinterpreted. The boutique loft, with its modern design and curated art, is a place to relax and feel at ease, with space for 2-6 people. It's the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the batwish, wild garden and rock slopes are in the immediate vicinity.

The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

The Gradlhof is an ideal location for holidaymakers, travellers, persons looking for quiet, dog owners and poker players alike. Vast medows and forests are beckoning to be explored. Cozy, bright and individually furnished apartment, in Bubach an der Naab, with a beautiful garden including barbecue area. On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

The completely newly furnished and renovated apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, each with a 1.80 wide double bed with a continuous mattress, a closet, a desk and an armchair. In addition, each bedroom has a small wood-burning stove for pleasant warmth on cold days. In the eat-in kitchen, with a fully equipped kitchen, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa in front of the TV in the evening.
