Better as in the pictures. Very welcoming and easy to find. Quiet and peaceful. We found it perfect for kids & dogs. There are a lot of toys for both inside and outside, the forrest is right behind, there are no cars to disturb you. Very well equipped also inside, a highchair, baby beds, child cutlery and much more. Miriam was available for support or questions! Thank you

For all those who, like us (2 adults, 2 children, 2 dogs), are looking for peace and a beautiful landscape with forest and meadows, Lucie's cozy house is ideal. It is simple and functional, and we immediately felt very comfortable. With the dogs, we were quickly in the forest, and the pretty garden is conveniently fully fenced. Lucie is a very friendly hostess - thank you also for the fine chocolate! -, was always quickly accessible and very helpful. Thank you very much, Lucie! We highly recommend the house and would be happy to come back!

Everything was great. Stephan's parents were extremely accommodating and nothing was missing. But there's something to consider for tall people. Duck by the doors :-). It is an old farmhouse and in the past the people were smaller. The ceiling height is great. But you can tell from my comment that everything was great, because if the door height is already addressed and nothing else, it can only have been good:-)

A great old farmhouse, with plenty of space for our whole large family with 8 adults and 6 children (had booked it for a family reunion). It is in a quiet location and surrounded by a lot of forest and greenery. The hosts are extremely warm, helpful and hospitable. It was simply a matter of arriving and feeling good. We were even invited to a family celebration! The children have plenty of space to play and explore on the extensive property. Highlights were the large trampoline, the barn with the long swinging swings, the horses and dogs, the many toys and of course the stream, which was used extensively for swimming and splashing due to the beautiful weather, while the parents could relax in the hammocks. The separate barbecue area offers enough space for everyone and is ideally located by a window to the kitchen. There is simply nothing to complain about and we would like to thank the hosts once again for the beautiful, relaxing time.

Everything was great. Veronika was friendly. We had left something at the property on departure. Here Veronika had even contacted us immediately when cleaning on the day of departure when she had found the thing👍🏼 we were also not far away, so we could easily turn around to get the thing. Thanks again for that!

We had a wonderful week in Neureichenau with our dog. The house was quietly located on the edge of the village with a beautiful view. The dog enjoyed the toys that were ready for him and the garden where we could play with him. We have come to rest wonderfully and have had beautiful walks. As an extra gift, we regularly saw a pair of birds of prey transfer their prey in the tree opposite us! The house is highly recommended for a next visit.

The 1a holiday home is quietly located in Sophiental next to a stream. We booked the accommodation with Anika & Felix as a family of 6 + children and were thrilled from the start. The accommodation is well equipped and actually leaves nothing to be desired - The kitchen has incl. Spices and oils are all there for cooking, and there is a grill in the garden. Coals + lighters were also provided. For the long evenings in the huge garden, there is still a fire bowl and wood ready to make bread and marshmallows. A highlight is the lighting at night - it is incredibly cozy to spend long summer nights here in a deck chair. I highly recommend the accommodation - especially you notice that Anika & Felix do everything to make sure you have a wonderful time.

Great place to explore Czech Republic. You definitely need a car to get around except for getting to the village swimming pond/playground. Both Prague and Pilsen are easy to reach and there is tons of stuff to see and do in between. We went with 2 young kids and they weren't bored for a second

Great location, very quiet environment with lots of nature around, the charm of the cottage/accommodation is a dream, the check in went smoothly and quickly. We were traveling by motorcycle and for us it was simply a dream, on roads and activities from the accommodation. Very nice hostess, she took the time to give us information. We would be happy to book it again and again. 😊🙋🏼‍♀️

We enjoyed our stay in Andreas' apartment very much. It's easy to find via navigation. The location is great for doing things all around and exploring the area. Of course, we and our son enjoyed the opportunity to use the adjacent outdoor swimming pool for free. All in all it was a nice holiday 🌞

Exactly as described and visible in the pictures. Perfect house with everything up to 14 people need. The amenities are above average. The layout of the rooms is perfect for us. Absolutely clean and you immediately feel comfortable. Fantastic garden, beautiful surroundings, pure nature. Super friendly host who responds quickly. Contactless check-in without any problems. A beautiful apartment. Lovingly furnished with incredible amenities when it comes to self-catering. Completely modernized. You felt at home even before unpacking.

Accompanied by the occasional, friendly mooing of the neighboring cows, Martina's former farmhouse, located in the postcard-like Upper Palatinate, is surrounded by a wonderfully landscaped garden with many seating and lounging options and is idyllically quiet. We have used it with dogs for hiking, swimming, grilling and lounging, and it is ideal for that. One bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor, in case someone has difficulty with stairs. The many windows with fly screens are also great, as they keep the flies away during the day and the mosquitoes at night. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious. If you would like to spend a few nice days in peace and rustic ambience, the house is highly recommended - also the communication with Martina, e.g. in case of queries, is fast and uncomplicated. Was just a dream, everything very clean, everything you need was available, super small quiet apartment. Would recommend anyone to get away from it all. We had a lot of relaxation and enjoyed the tranquility. We will be happy to come back. All the best to you and look forward to seeing you again.

In this individual, tastefully furnished accommodation, you can immediately feel at home. After numerous excursions on foot, by e-bike or by car in the very beautiful and rich surroundings, you can relax in the apartment in the evening. Everything and more was available, which you need in the kitchen and bathroom, incl. Spices, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. An attention to welcome was included. The landlords are always available for a nice conversation, a good recommendation or tips for excursions, etc. We fell in love with Upper Franconia, especially with the friendly Bayreuth with its diverse cultural and gastronomic offerings and the stunning nature around it. The starting point of this apartment is perfect for all activities - or even a peaceful afternoon on the sunny balcony with a delicious Franconian wine. We spent the Pentecost holidays as a family with our 1-year-old daughter and a couple of friends at Stefan and Nici's. Lovingly furnished apartment with an eye for detail. It was all very clean and very well equipped. There was even a play corner, baby dishes, a changing table and a cot. Nici greeted us kindly. There was a welcome drink in the fridge and there was fruit with it. We also received helpful tips for activities and restaurants in the area. Despite the constant rain, we felt very full and can highly recommend the stay!

We have been here for the second time and will definitely come back. Julie is a great hostess who has created an idyllic place with great attention to detail. The place is ideal for switching off, relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet. Everything that is needed for life is available and in exactly the right amount :)

We were at the property for a short family weekend. The apartment was just right for cozy sitting together and exploring St. Englmar. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back :)

From the beginning, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly family. The farm with alpacas, playful dogs, a donkey and other animals was a real highlight - especially for our little son. The apartment is cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Beautifully located in the middle of nature!
