Welcome to the Ilmtal We rent our quietly located holiday home on the Ilmtal Cycling Trail. On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

Eine große Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Schloss lässt die Abende bei Wein gemütlich ausklingen. Sie befinden sich bei Verlassen des Hauses direkt in der Innenstadt mit vielen Cafes, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein Bäcker für die Frühstücksbrötchen ist direkt um die Ecke.

Die Finca ist sehr idyllisch gelegen .Viva la Dolce Vita. Gardasee-Feeling mitten im Steigerwald. 10 Autominuten von Landeshauptstadt Erfurt entfernt. Die Exklusive Ausstattung mit hochwertigen Materialien und der freie Blick auf die drei Gleichen ist einzigartig. Fahrrad/Wandertouren sind hier ein Higligh. Der große Pool und der Jakuzie sind saisonal von Jan-Okt zu nutzen. Die Sauna ist für bis zu 6 Pers ganzjährig nutzbar. Der Barbeque Grill und die 2 Kamine laden zur Gemütlichkeit ein.

Der Steigerwald Erfurt (kurz "Steiger" genannt) befindet sich auf der vis-à-vis und bietet unendlich viele Natur und damit verbundene Wanderwege auf rund 1.000 Hektar. Von hier aus erreicht man zu Fuß die Innenstadt, alle Wahrzeichen von Erfurt, Kulur, Gastronomie, Einzelhandel und Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Mit dem Auto finden Sie kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten entlang der Parkstraße. Die Straßenbahn (Haltestelle Steigerstraße bzw. Milchinselstraße) ist Fuß in ca. 8 Minuten erreichbar.

Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.
