The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

For relaxing or jogging, the Erfurt garden exhibition ega, the Luisenpark and the dendrological garden are close by.

Public transport is a few minutes' walk from the apartment. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people on a spacious area of 66 m².
