Sie ist ca. 57 qm groß, sehr bequem für zwei, es kann aber im Wohnzi. die Couch für zwei weitere Personen zum bequemen Queensize Doppelbett umgebaut werden. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung steht noch ein Yoga- und Trainingsraum (ca. 30 qm) zur Verfügung und lädt ein zu Yoga, Meditation, Boxsacktraining. Nutzung auf eigene Gefahr, Eltern haften für ihre Kinder.

Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style.
