We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

In our new-style self contained apartment are 1 bedroom with king size double bed, 1 living bedroom, 1 dining room with microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, sink and refrigerator, no cooking facilities and 1 large bathroom. The garden behind the garage with garden furniture and charcoal grill can be used. 2 bicycles available for use. The location is 500m from the Danube cycle path and about 2 km from Bogen in the district of Furth, shopping center 200m. Restaurants and beer gardens within a radius.

A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung im Bayerischen Wald Raus aus der Hektik, rein in die Stille. Im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter kuschelig warm. 38 km entfernt v. Regensburg. Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. Ideal zum Wandern, Radfahren, Langlaufen. Ein öffentliches Naturfreibad, ein Kneippbecken nebenan erfrischen ihren Urlaub. I speak english. Welcome!

Directly from the house you can reach various bike and hiking trails as well as the beautiful Perlbachtal with its Kneipp pools and many possibilities to explore nature.

Relax in this special and quiet place in an absolutely idyllic location. Enjoy the unique view at 800m altitude into the Bavarian forest and Gäuboden. You can head out for beautiful hikes right from the property. Especially recommended are the Hirschenstein (with lookout tower, at 1052 m) as well as the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.

The flair of the 50s is preserved in the house. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village.
