Kühlung und einer Lüftungsanlage, bietet Ihnen das 20 qm Appartement einen vollwertigen Wohnraum mit voll ausgestatteter Küche mit Spülmaschine, einem Duschbad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und einem Schlafplatz, der nicht nur als Raumteiler fungiert, sondern auch Verstaumöglichkeiten für Ihre Kleidung bietet.

Gemütliche Wohnung, mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche! Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Essecke , Fernseher und Stereoanlage. 3 gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten sind vorhanden. Längerer Aufenthalt möglich :) Preis hierfür auf Anfrage. Ebenso auf Anfrage kann man an manchen Tagen eher einchecken. E-Bikes und Fahrräder können auf der zur Wohnung gehörenden Terrasse abgestellt werden. Die Terrasse ist nur für die Gäste der Ferienwohnung abschließbar zugängig und stehen daher vor Diebstahl sicher!

🌿 Wellness-Oase am Rande eines Industriegebiets. Das Apartment ist ein Rückzugsort für Paare. Genießt entspannte Stunden in der eigenen Dampf-Sauna oder entspannt im Ganzjährigen Jacuzzi mit Panorama Blick auf wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Die Schiebefenster lassen sich alle zum Sonnen komplett öffnen. Leider ist die Momentane Internetverbindung noch nicht stabil, was zwischenzeitlich beim Tv zu Stockungen führen kann Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, nur ein Stand Lüfter.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Cozy apartment furnished with a lot of love in an old half-timbered house. Separate entrance, sunny terrace... only the birds "disturb" here. The property is at the end of a dead end road surrounded by forest and meadows. Ideal for hikers and bikers, it starts right outside the door. In the large garden behind the house you can lie in the sun as you please, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (10 for additional costs) or end the day by the campfire!

Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Hückeswagen vacation home (Bevertalsperre)

My place is close to the Bevertalsperre, but still close to the city. In the small rustic but cozy apartment, everyone can feel comfortable. Families get their money's worth, as there is plenty of space outside and plenty of play equipment available. Business people can relax well in the great surroundings after a strenuous working day and enjoy the view.... My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).

Very quiet, idyllic apartment in Hückeswagen

Wir liegen ganz ruhig und idyllisch am Stadtrand von Hückeswagen/Remscheid-Lennep, in einer Anliegerstrasse, direkt am Wald. Bettwäsche, Handttücher und eine sehr gute Grundausstattung sind selbstverstädnlich. Der bergische Panoramasteig für die Wanderer befindet sich gleich vor der Haustüre, sowie die Zu,- und Abfahrt zum bergischen Panorama Radweg. Haustiere können nach Absprache und gegen Gebühr (10 Euro/ Nacht/Tier) sehr gerne mitgebracht werden.

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon is under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional home with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in the Windecker Ländchen. The circus wagon is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. S-Bahn connection to Cologne every 30 minutes (1 hour to Koelnmesse).

Kreuzberg, the small church village on the dams in the middle of the Bergisches Land/North Rhine-Westphalia. Hiking, cycling, many excursion destinations, as well as swimming reservoirs and outdoor pool in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop outside the door, grocery store and organic shop within walking distance. Separate terrace with Weber grill and electric awning are included. A dog is very welcome.

The house is rented exclusively to one or two adults. The former hunting lodge from the 1920s has been restored with preferably traditional building materials. This cozy atmosphere with the flair of a bygone era is the backdrop of your getaway. Inside, antiques and pictures of regional artists meet modern technology. Occasional private use - therefore personally furnished.

Dat Hexenhus - Small break in the Bergisches Land

The beautiful outdoors with great hiking trails surround the detached nature house. A short distance from the house, you will enter the 6th stage of the Bergischer Panoramasteig. A variety of smaller circular and bike paths and the dams of the Bergisches Land invite you to many activities. But you can also enjoy nature experiences or fantastic sunsets from the terrace.
