The flat was very nice. It was clean and tidy, and well equipped. The location could not have been better, in the town centre with shops and restaurants outside. We absolutely recommend staying here!

This was my second visit to York, both times stayed at Nicks Star Apartment, it’s just perfect, beautifully clean, couldn’t ask for a better place to stay, very central for everything, I honestly can’t fault the apartment/building even has a lift so you don’t have to lug a heavy case up the stairs, all in all this a win win, personally 5 stars is not enough, 25 stars from me, Nick is superstar xx

What a fabulous place to stay. Near the centre and near to the race course Pristinely clean. Beautiful decor. It’s just simply gorgeous. The communication beforehand was so good too. Will definitely book here again.

Perfection!! Clive's place is a wonderful place to stay. Clive and Julie are great hosts, friendly, helpful, accommodating and very welcoming. The welcome 'goodies' were very appreciated and tasty. The unit is very tastefully decorated and well appointed, the bed is super comfy and the shower is large with good water pressure. The outdoor area is a real delight, we sat and watched the ducks, the other birds (saw kingfishers!) and the squirrels. We had everything we needed for a happy, memorable stay. There are lots of walks in the area, plus a number of interesting things to see and do. It's an easy train ride to York, Harrogate and Leeds and the station is a short walk from the unit. There are a lot of pubs and cafes within easy walk - The Half Moon pub does delicious pizza! Overall, we very highly recommend Clive's unit and would return often if we could.

We had the most amazing time in your home Stuart and Angela. ❤️ You made us feel so welcome from the moment we stepped in. The views were breathtaking and the peace and quiet at the cottage was just what we needed. The views of the village, the sun set and the full moon were all beautiful gems we got to experience at Top of t’hill. You really have made it a cosy and comfortable stay, and it was a perfect getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The gym and sauna were great facilities that we benefitted and enjoyed too. Your eco environment friendly home and surroundings was an inspiration to us. Finally, your hospitality and kindness, and lovely chats with us made us feel like old friends! A beautiful flat in a lovely market town. Thanks to Diane, we were easily able to find our way from the station and drop our bags off a little early so we could start to take advantage of her local recommendations for a spot of lunch, before enjoying a dessert on the terrace. Both the flat and the town were delightful to spend a couple of days in.

Really wonderful apartment - everything very high quality and spotlessly clean. Kitchen very well equipped and good, comfortable furniture and beds. Nice decor and lots of books and board games. Some rental apartments are soulless, but this felt like home. It was great to be checked in by Amanda, who was on time and very helpful. We didn’t have any issues while we were there, but I feel confident that if we had Amanda would have got things sorted quickly. The location couldn’t be better - we walked to all the things we wanted to see and do and there are supermarkets close by. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in York.

Clare was a fantastic host, great and fast comms, local recommendations, and the place itself was spotless, the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed in. lt was equipped with all we could need, and the location was perfect, so central. We came to York to do the tourist thing, and it was all literally on our doorstep (but the place was nicely tucked away, so the noise of the city didn't affect us). Thank you Clare, we'll definitely be staying again

We enjoyed our stay in Sophie’s place. The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. It was also well situated for exploring the delightful city of Ripon and the surrounding area.

Fabulous place to stay. Calm, peaceful and a beautiful view of the sea. I stayed with my husband and two children and we loved it. Lovely walk to pub down the road and only a short drive to Scarborough, Robin hoods bay and Whitby. Would definitely like to visit again!

This was our second stay at Sue's: it was perfect for our needs - a cosy home from home with everything you could possibly need provided. Sue was just as friendly, welcoming and responsive a host as the first time around. We would recommend without hesitation!

Jackie’s spacious Airbnb was 5 star+. This was the best Airbnb we had stayed in. The location was peaceful and quiet. Jackie had thought of everything to make it feel like home. Beautifully and tastefully furnished. The kitchen had everything required to self cater. The basket of goodies was much appreciated. Very comfortable bed with extra pillows and crisp white linen. The large bathroom included a washing machine and a fabulous shower. Communication with Jackie was easy and she was quick to respond to my questions. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting York and it’s surrounds.

Absolutely stunning property with everything you would need for a stay away already in place! It’s just as it looks in the images, very spacious, absolutely stunning bathrooms and full functioning kitchen with all the cutlery and dishes you need! Loved the guest book with all details and instructions for our stay! Can very much tell the host has a lot of attention to detail! Every part of the space was so well thought out, aesthetically pleasing, whilst also being highly functional! I will definitely be looking to book again for my next trip to Harrogate!

Brilliant position, quick walk into the centre of York and all its attractions. Super comfy and clean, perfect space for 2 couples. Plus the benefit of free onsite parking in secure garage - big enough to fit our Ford Ranger. Thank you Chris.

Very nice ground floor flat in a gated setting. Close to lots of amenities like the train station, supermarket, restaurants and takeaways. Five minute walk to Micklegate so all of York city centre is accessible easily by foot! Secure parking was great - we didn’t use the car once and felt safe leaving it for a week! Comfortable and clean apartment with all the facilities you would need - a great base for the week! Amanda was a great host - very responsive and knowledgeable (she recommended some fun activities for us and our kids). Would definitely recommend as a base to explore York! (or even further as getting back out by road was very easy!)
