Lovely stay at the Cocoa Suites - Daisy was a great host very responsive. The studio was immaculate and had everything we needed for a two night stay it was really clean and cosy. Excellent location for attending events at the Barbican and also for exploring York. Lots of places to eat and drink within a 5 minute walk. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re visiting and would highly recommend.

Lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Very warm and friendly welcome from the hosts, Suzanne and Ian who were there to meet me and explained how everything worked. Welcome pack a nice bonus and very much appreciated after a long drive. Flat was beautiful, light and airy but at the same time, homely and welcoming. Very peaceful location and felt very safe there, something very important to me as a female guest staying on my own. Great communication and the few queries I had during my stay were answered very quickly. Local shop within walking distance for anything you might need and a coffee shop which looked very inviting and a must try venue for next time. All-in-all, a wonderfully relaxing stay.

Apartment has everything you need; comfy bed, nice shower & bathroom, full kitchen inc tea & coffee etc, big living space with tele & board games. We’ve come away Scrabble lovers! Lovely garden & only few mins walk round to the canal & cafe. Perfect! Oh & not to forget the kind gesture of homemade tea loaf; very thoughtful & tasty! Perfect for our stay in Leeds. Central and easy to get around from, walking distance from the train station. It was everything we needed for our stay! Keith was helpful and responsive to all my questions!

A lovely cottage in a lovely town. Super comfortable beds and a great shower. Well equipped kitchen and the garden overlooking the river was a delight….very friendly neighbours, too! We would definitely stay again. Ten out of ten.

Chantry Cottage is a lovely, homely property. Beautifully clean with lovely finishing touches such as bread, butter and milk ready in the fridge for when we arrived. The communication was amazing, we had one slight issue with a log burner, which Shanie and Tom fixed right away. The garden was beautiful, although our extremely lively cocker spaniel can scale the back wall, so be careful if your dog is an escape artist! If not, then the garden is perfectly secure for your pup. Such welcoming hosts and an amazing property. Perfectly positioned for a country retreat whilst being just a 5 min drive into the centre of Ripon. Thank you for an amazing stay.

A unique, stylish home in the heart of the brewing town of Tadcaster. The host's are fantastic, leaving plenty of info and check in treats and the house itself is beautiful, relaxing and above all, a joy to be in.

Just enjoyed a lovely week.Beautiful peaceful location by river, only about 15 minutes walk to central York or about 5 minutes to nearest bus stop, local pub and small convenience store. Lynda was the perfect host and made us very welcome in her home, which is beautifully furnished and decorated. Full of lovely artwork and books. It has very comfortable beds and is very well equipped. Just to mention there are a few steps along the side of house from the street to the front garden and up to the front door, so check with Lynda regarding access via the back door if this is an issue for you. The front garden is a lovely place to sit and relax and watch the boats sail by and people watch. Highly recommend staying at Lynda's house, it's in a peaceful location but handy for all York has to offer. I would definitely love to stay again one day. Thank you Lynda for a lovely stay.

The property was spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything we needed, and incredibly comfortable making it a true home away from home. The hosts were responsive and helpful, replying promptly whenever we had a question. The location was ideal, offering easy access to explore the charming town and surrounding areas. We’d highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a stay in Knaresborough and would love to return in the future!

Lovely riverside home. Short walk to the Rambles, the Minster, Roman Wall and more. Easy check-in and a very warm welcome! A wonderful experience for our group of 4 ladies. The view is AMAZING!

A home from home with a lovely view from the living room balcony doors. The setting is so peaceful but so close to the lovely town centre and great to have a parking space with the apartment. Lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby. We would definitely come back!

Myself and my colleague stayed at the Apartment whilst attending a conference over at the Royal Armouries. The location was perfect - short walk to the venue. The apartment was exactly as described, if not better. Much better than staying in a hotel where you are confined to your room. Beds were super comfy, apartment was really clean - and loved the fragrance plug in that was there in the hallway - real home from home! Convenient Tesco Express just a short walk, and being able to make yourself some food without eating out - worked well for us. Coffee machine is a great perk - along with everything you need like teabags, sugar and milk sachets! Hopefully the conference will be in the same venue next year - we won’t hesitate in booking the apartment again! Thanks again to Syed for being responsive and checking in with us to make sure all was ok!

Very responsive host, with clear instructions. the apartment is very convenient for the Hepworth Gallery, and a short walk across the river to the centre of Wakefield.

Great place, nicely furnished, very clean- we stayed for 2nights to discover York. Excellent place to do so...

So good we stayed a third night! Easy walking distance of the main central attraction as you’re within the old city wall limits. Loved the decor and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed York!

Our stay at Christine' was great. On arrival buy car- our sat nav took us to another local street. Just read Christine instructions that she will send close to your stay...You will not make the same mistake ! If arriving buy car, there is a free of charge designated numbered parking bay close to the apartment. If anyone is super cautious with their car safety ....this is the place because.... access to the car park area is via an automatic barrier . The apartment is exactly like the photographs . Bed super comfi, good storage space .Great shower. We particularly likes the use of the Alexa ...that was great to have for our use. We used local walkable places to eat and drink. Lovel local canal walk that wondered us to a canal side pub! Great base for exploring West Yorks . Bus stop very close and 10 min walk to train station .Good location. The apartment was very clean and tidy, just a shame the weather wasn't great to sit outside, in the courtyard garden , We will definitely say again

Lovely peaceful abode away from the bussle of the city, but still only a 5 minute walk to the centre of York. Great apartment for our 3 day mini break to the city. Found the independent shops + a Sainsbury's Local on Bishopthorpe Road just a few minutes walk away very handy! Hope to stay again on our next visit to the city.
