We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.

There are original features, a wood burning stove, Aga and is within walking distance of Roundhay Park, cafes, bars and restaurants. There will be tea and coffee making facilities, milk in the fridge and fresh linen and towels for you! We hope you find it comfortable, stylish and well equipped! We consider longer lets too!
