Monthly Rentals in York

The location is great, in the heart of the old city and an easy walk from the train station. We loved listening to the bells of the Minster. The furnishings are good quality and the space has a cozy and homey feel. Sam is a great host. He was actually there to greet us! There was some noise from the street on Saturday, but it was not a real problem. Sunday and Monday it was super quiet, like a library! We would definitely stay here again.

Vic's place was lovely and peaceful, could not have asked for more, even the little bottle of pocessco and sweets on arrival was lovely, the bed was comfy and shower great too, so if your visiting York you can't go wrong with Vic's place, parking outside, then take a taxi into centre for convenience.

Phenomenal stay at a truly lovely location. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and cannot wait to return. I feel fully restored and invigorated after my time there, and I learned a great deal from the experience. Wendy and Fynn are the best.

Absolute gem of a place! Wonderful stay and would highly recommend. Spotlessly clean, lovely decor and super comfy bed. Fab lounge area with great Tv. Welcome bits in fridge and cakes on side was a lovely surprise and very kind. I would definitely stay again. Great location and easy walk into York. Perfect!!
