Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. A rowboat and a sauna in the sauna house are available to tenants on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location on the water is unique. Our house is particularly suitable for families and groups.

The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. This beautiful home in the dunes with sauna and fireplace is just off the Baltic Sea behind the dune of the Dierhagen's Baltic Sea beach and welcomes the first holiday guests from July 15. The architect house offers you a breathtaking view of the sea not only from the loggia. Enjoy the tranquility and fresh sea air on the spacious terrace, the loggia or in the cozy living area in front of the crackling fireplace.

An oasis against the stress of everyday life in a scenic location is our second vacation home on a peninsula between two lakes in the heart of Mecklenburg in the Sternberg lakes in Rosenow near Warnow. Here you can unwind on a 1600 square meter,green overgrown end property. Rosenow is nicely secluded but central to reach the cities of Wismar and Schwerin as well as Rostock.

Family holiday home on the Baltic Sea

From our house it is only a few a hundred meters to the beach. The house offers a lot of space on 100 m². There are many of the pine trees typical of Lubmin on the property. To the south, the garden is very sunny and protected from the wind. The house is located on the second line, so it is very quiet. Shopping is only 5 min. by walk. Just so close is the large playground on the promenade.

Our charming thatched cottage Ankerherz is located directly on the west beach on the beautiful Fischland-Darß peninsula, only 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. The beach rise 15 is right in front of the house and via the sloping dyke the beach & dike can be reached without stairs, also perfect for strollers and buggies.
