Sölvesborg 12 km , an old city center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are at home!

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

Small apartment in an old half-timbered house just outside the wall of medieval Åhus. The apartment forms a separate part of the residential building with its own entrance, two rooms and its own shower room. In one room, there is a small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, egg cooker and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There is also garden furniture.

For groups of more than 8 people, we recommend the possibility of renting our second house "Holken", which is located on an adjacent plot to "Sigges". Then 13-15 people can spend time together. Our cottage is 40 sqm. and is close to city center, art and culture, restaurants and food. You can easily walk to the sea which is only 500 meters away with its nice sandy beach. You'll like our place because of the location and the view. The place can accommodate couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends (pets).
