Small but very comfortable and very neat studio near Laaxersee and the bus stop to the ski slope. We stayed there for 5 nights with 3 people so the sofa bed was also folded out and it was a bit narrow to pass everywhere but that was no big deal. Comfortable double bed. Solid running shower. Spacious fridge. Plenty of equipment available in the kitchenette for cooking, even an oven! (no microwave), and then put everything back. Convenient terrace and always nice in the sun when we returned from skiing in the afternoon. Well-functioning shutters so you can make it really dark inside and also a fold-out sunshade on the terrace. We were there too short and a lot outside with the radiant weather so we did not go to the pool. No idea what that looks like. A photo on the website of this would be helpful. The sauna option is also not used. Parking space for the car is a big plus. We are very satisfied with this place!

We (family with 2 children) spent super great ski holidays in Lucia's studio. It's pretty tight from the place, but if you don't plan to spend whole days indoors, it's wonderful. The apartment is well furnished and nothing is missing. Our two very active children enjoyed the pool and ping pong table downstairs in the house. The location is ideal for ski holidays. The ski school square and the magic carpet are 5 minutes away by foot. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed our stay in Gisela's apartment. The contact with Gisela was very pleasant and every question was answered quickly and well. We were very grateful for the flexibility she gave us during our stay. The apartment is very well located and very well equipped, with everything you need. I recently stayed at Donatella's place with a group of eight and it was truly great. The included breakfast was a delightful surprise, and she provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Donatella was super responsive to messages, which made our experience even smoother. The location is perfect for climbers or anyone who loves nature. I will definitely be returning and can confidently recommend her place to others looking for a wonderful stay in the great outdoors.

Comfortable, quiet studio, well located for getting around with public transport, you can cook comfortably, with a beautiful balcony overlooking an internal garden where you can see the lake between the trees and hear the birds.

Lovey apartment, 10 minutes on foot from the gondolas. Supermarket within walking distance, great amenities (pool and sauna) and Pamela was super nice and always available. Really hard to beat for a long weekend on the slopes!

Check-in was very easy and explained very well by the host in advance. The place was clean and exactly as described. There are numerous restaurants nearby in case you don't want to cook. We can especially recommend breakfast downstairs at the hotel! 😊

We stayed at Clio’s place for a few days with our 2 dogs and we had a great time there. Lots of things to do in the cities around it and in Laax. The apartment is cozy and big enough for 2 people and more. Highly recommend! 🙌

We had a really great stay at the property. The lake is within 10 minutes walking distance and is perfect for cooling off. The only drawback was the mosquitoes this year, so we couldn't open the windows at night to cool down so well. Flight gates would have been helpful. Otherwise great place to stay with a very cozy terrace. Rosemarie is a very nice and helpful gesturer!

With friends we spent the ski holidays in Disentis and enjoyed the time very much. The house is perfectly furnished and all desirable details are available. Despite little snow, we easily got to the main gondola in Disentis. Sedrun/Andermatt are also easily accessible, but coordination with the public transport schedules in advance is worth it. We can highly recommend the house and the hosts

We were accommodated as a large family in the house and everyone enjoyed the stay! There is enough space, everything is spotless clean, high-quality amenities, underfloor heating, etc... really great luxury! In addition, Herbert is a great host, very good communication and really accommodating. In the hot tub you can really relax, overlooking nature. We will be happy to come back!

We were in Locarno for a women's weekend and are thrilled with our stay. The house was very clean, perfectly equipped, we felt very comfortable. With two seats you always have sun if you want. The location is great, quiet but very close (on foot) to Piazza Grande, the Lido, the lake and the public transport stops. The hostess was very nice, flexible, and you can feel that this house is a matter of heart. We will be happy to come back! 🩷
