The bright apartment (about 65 sqm) in the basement offers plenty of space and comfort to stay and sleep in. We are centrally located in the double vacation paradise Altenmarkt/Zauchensee. Amazing summer experiences: Cycling and hiking trails, mountain lakes, golf nearby (4 km), spa with sauna area (1.5 km) Seating options, as well as bicycle parking spaces are freely available behind the house. A place to feel good! The cozy and lovingly furnished apartment for 2-3 people is located directly on the edge of the forest in a quiet but central location in Altenmarkt in the Salzburg countryside with fantastic views. The town center with numerous shops and restaurants is located in approx. 1.5 kilometers away and is within walking distance. The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Spend cozy, relaxing vacation days in our apartment. We offer a new modern bathroom, a cozy dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Two box-spring beds promise a good night's sleep. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the mountains. The ski resort Altenmarkt/Radstadt, as well as Zauchensee, is in the immediate vicinity. In front of our house you can get on the cross-country skiing trail. The ski bus stop is almost in front of our centrally located house.

The stylish apartment is central yet very quiet. It is fully equipped with double bed, TV, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a small kitchen (crockery and cooking utensils available, coffee maker, kettle) and a dining table. The bright main room is divided into a sleeping area and a cooking/ dining area separated by a half wall. Wi-Fi, towels and linens are of course included.

We planned and built the apartment ourselves in a unique way. It is centrally located and yet in a quiet location. A ski bus stop is a few meters behind our house. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!

Our Swiss pine bedroom makes for a restful sleep. The central location allows you to easily reach the local restaurants and cafes as well as supermarkets. The bus stops only a 5-minute walk from the apartment, giving you quick and easy access to the surrounding ski or hiking areas throughout the Salzburger Sportwelt region.
