Cozy apartment with a sea view

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with sea view and private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to shop and bus. The bus goes about every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2 km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Cozy studio of 20 sqm in the old wooden house in Barbu, with short walk to Arendal city center. Studio has a separate entrance, combined living room/bedroom with good bed and closet space. The kitchen has a stove with 2 hotplates, a small refrigerator and otherwise simply equipped for 1 person. Washing machine with dryer in the kitchen. Bathroom with sink, toilet and shower cubicle. Morgenkaffen på terrassen 5 meter fra sjøen og ettermiddag/kveldsol på markterrassen med utsikt til Arendals innseiling. Flotte strender/ badeanlegg 1 min å gå fra leiligheten . Badetrapp 10 meter fra leiligheten. Gratis parkering med mulighet for å lade elbil. 6 min å kjøre til Arendal by, busser hvert kvarter. Mulighet for langtidsleie fra 1. januar -20.-juni 2026 og fra 20. august ut 2026.Pris etter avt.

dazzling SeaView apartment

the apartment has a fantastic sea view and an all year open jacuzzi (room for 7 people). Big bedroom with 180cm bed. bedroom 2 has bunk beds 140x200 and 90x200. bedroom 2 is not yet connected to the apartment (see pictures). sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! if there's anything at all, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

The apartment is located in the basement of a residential building by the sea in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the living room, there is both a seating area and a dining area. There is an option to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/the seashore can be arranged with the host.
