Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Arendal

We rented the house in connection with Arendalsuka. Everything was in order - nice house in large garden with good parking. Nothing to say.

It was great staying. The host was quick and responsive in communication. The check-in was smooth and the place was clean and beautiful. Little bit issue was with the heating. It was tough to control the heat at the house. So the house was warmer than we expected. And we could not able to reduce the heating. The host can create a clear manual for the heating control and light control at the house as its app based.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet Bjørn. And what a lovely house. Had a wonderful stay while in Kristiansand.

Great place with plenty of space and everything we needed! The kids had a great time with animals, playground, and lavvo – like coming to another home. Homeowner was easy to contact. We are super happy and would love to come back!

Trude has a beautiful home! Even nicer than the photos! She also added a personal touch and was easy to reach when required.

Our vacation in Norway was really great - Anne's great house also contributed to this. Even with eight people, it was big enough that everyone felt comfortable. There are small seats everywhere, all couples had their own room. The kitchen and living room are really very cozy - the garden and location are fantastic!!! Definitely recommend the place.

We stayed as a family (2 adults/2 children) and the apartment was perfect, clean, cozy and spacious. The living room is bright and pleasant and the kitchen is very well equipped. The welcome is neat: we enjoyed the spices in the kitchen, tea and coffee etc... and our children the games! It's perfect for getting to Dyrenpark. We recommend it without hesitation!

We booked a second night at short notice and it was absolutely the right decision. We felt very comfortable & enjoyed the evenings in front of the fireplace very much :-) Thank you Jenny

We felt very comfortable in Per's lovingly furnished apartment, it is well equipped, so you can also cook for yourself. The apartment is located above the center, but if you are good on foot, that's no problem. Parking is possible directly at the apartment.

Bjarte was very accommodating. We were away with two children (0 & 2.5 years) to which the apartment was perfect as it was 50 meters from a small public area with a small playground and beach (we had real summer weather), so parents could enjoy the holiday without the hustle and bustle. Definitely recommended for couples and the small family.

We were 9 adults and 3 children for a visit to the zoo. It was very spacious and good size in all the rooms so it never got cramped. Plenty of space for the kids to romp on the floor:) It was very hot when we were there so it got very hot in the rooms upstairs. There was a heat pump in the living room so there was a delicious temp despite the unusual heat! Large and good kitchen and the bathrooms were also good size on Camilla was always quick with answering all my questions before the stay:) we had good communication along the way if we had any questions. No problem with room for a travel crib in all rooms. As well as there was a good roller blind in all the bedrooms. Apple TV was also lovely that it was in place. We had a great time despite the rain at the zoo😍

I had to spend some time in Kristiansand for work purposes and I stayed at Ole Dug's house. The location provides easy access to the city and the University. I found it spacious, clean and well equipped. Ole has been very friendly, he gives you a warmth that reminds you of home. I recommend it.

We are very happy with our stay. Spacious and tidy house. Good view and a great outdoor space. We were 6 adults and a 2 year old. Plenty of room for all of us😃. We had very good communication with the host both before and during our stay. Cozy place and would love to come again.

Ina is a great host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We went in peak season for Dyreparken, and one underrated advantage was how easy it was to get there by bus so we didn't have to deal with parking there. Perfect location between the park and downtown. The house is perfect for families. We travelled with 2 children and 2 grandparents, and we were all very comfortable. The garden is beautiful and spacious – our kids loved being able to run around outside all evening. The home gym was also a bonus! We would very happily stay here again!

We had some very nice days in this house. A fantastic great house in Kristiansand's nicest area. Great view of the sea and plenty of space for lots of people! Highly recommend!

Adventurous garden, with a “Vila Villakulla” similar house.

Morten and Sue are really wonderful hosts. They welcomed us personally on arrival and showed us everything important. We felt immediately comfortable and our stay was simply fantastic. The location of the house is perfect for exploring the south coast. We were traveling from Mandal to Arendal and also to Hillesand. The house really offers everything to relax and is incredibly large and spacious. We were able to use the terrace almost every day for breakfast. It is so wonderful to start the day there in peace and with a view of nature. When it rains, there are also 2 cozy conservatories in the house as an alternative. The sauna, hot tub and natural pool are an absolute highlight that we also used daily. It's really all in top condition and we can only praise the house and its hosts in the highest terms.
