Meer Mit dem Zug über Chur (1h) sehr gut erreichbar (5min zu Fuß von Bahnhof). Ca. 3min zu Fuss zum Obersee und zum Untersee (Badesee mit schöner Holzbadi). Alles elektronisch auch die Toilette. Parkplatz im Haus evtl. auf Anfrage vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen öffentlichen Parkplatz und ein Parkhaus in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. Thanks to the small kitchen & the small dining table, the place is also wonderful for home office and a break in the mountains. In the same building is the restaurant aifach with the beautiful sun terrace - ideal for a great dinner or just a coffee or aperitif in the heu.lounge. The Arosa Card is included.

Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Stylish 2.5-room attic apartment in a quiet location in “Innerarosa” with perfect access to the ski school and Kulm gondola (150m walking distance). The apartment has one bedroom plus s sofa bed in the living room and an open kitchen. The balcony offers a great mountain view. There is no elevator in the building. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.
