Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

Stilvolle und ruhige wie auch sehr gemütliche Studiowohnung an zentrale Lage mit Aussicht. 4 min. zu Fuss zur Talstation und dem Dorfplatz im Zentrum. Die Wohnung liegt 1750m.ü. Meer Mit dem Zug über Chur (1h) sehr gut erreichbar (5min zu Fuß von Bahnhof). Ca. 3min zu Fuss zum Obersee und zum Untersee (Badesee mit schöner Holzbadi). Alles elektronisch auch die Toilette. Parkplatz im Haus evtl. auf Anfrage vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen öffentlichen Parkplatz und ein Parkhaus in der Nähe.

Ein Skiraum steht zur Verfügung und ein privater, gedeckter Garagenplatz kann nach Verfügbarkeit und gegen Bezahlung gebucht werden. Perfekt gelegen für Wanderungen, Skitage und entspannte Auszeiten in den Bergen.

Chesa Forma 2 is a stylish holiday apartment in Arosa, where modern Scandinavian design meets cozy Alpine charm. The apartment is bright, spaciously laid out, and equipped with 2 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. In addition, the apartment has a fireplace and a terrace with a garden – ideal for summer holidays in the mountains as well as for cozy winter days in the snow. In the building, there is also a communal sauna area, a 'Game Room', and a ski storage room available.

The newly renovated studio is ideal for 2 people & is located right in the center. Close to shops, mountain railways, the Badi & the train station. Thanks to the small kitchen & the small dining table, the place is also wonderful for home office and a break in the mountains. In the same building is the restaurant aifach with the beautiful sun terrace - ideal for a great dinner or just a coffee or aperitif in the heu.lounge. The Arosa Card is included.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Spacious, family-friendly house (200 m²) on the Walenstadtberg with a fantastic view of the Swiss mountains and the valley. The entire house is exclusively available to our guests. Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open kitchen with a dining area, a cozy lounge, a terrace, as well as a private fitness room and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Ideal for families, groups, and friends. Booking for at least three paying persons.

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.

Directly next to the yurt are our llamas, alpacas and rabbits. Our farm shop offers the guests products for breakfast, lunch or dinner, which can be  prepared by themselves.  All cooking utensils such as pots, plates, cutlery are ready and can be used.
