Meer Mit dem Zug über Chur (1h) sehr gut erreichbar (5min zu Fuß von Bahnhof). Ca. 3min zu Fuss zum Obersee und zum Untersee (Badesee mit schöner Holzbadi). Alles elektronisch auch die Toilette. Parkplatz im Haus evtl. auf Anfrage vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen öffentlichen Parkplatz und ein Parkhaus in der Nähe.

Our 3-room apartment in the Belmont apartment building convinces on 80 m2 with ingenious design and furnishings. The great kitchen with its adjoining living and dining area forms the central element of the apartment. Each bedroom has a large double bed and a daybed. The two bedrooms each have their own newly renovated bathroom with a spacious rain shower, stone floors and underfloor heating. The balcony to the south side extends across the entire width of the apartment.

Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. The newly renovated studio is ideal for 2 people & is located right in the center. Close to shops, mountain railways, the Badi & the train station. Thanks to the small kitchen & the small dining table, the place is also wonderful for home office and a break in the mountains. In the same building is the restaurant aifach with the beautiful sun terrace - ideal for a great dinner or just a coffee or aperitif in the heu.lounge. The Arosa Card is included.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
