Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

Stilvolle und ruhige wie auch sehr gemütliche Studiowohnung an zentrale Lage mit Aussicht. 4 min. zu Fuss zur Talstation und dem Dorfplatz im Zentrum. Die Wohnung liegt 1750m.ü. Meer Mit dem Zug über Chur (1h) sehr gut erreichbar (5min zu Fuß von Bahnhof). Ca. 3min zu Fuss zum Obersee und zum Untersee (Badesee mit schöner Holzbadi). Alles elektronisch auch die Toilette. Parkplatz im Haus evtl. auf Anfrage vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen öffentlichen Parkplatz und ein Parkhaus in der Nähe.

"Rifugio" Loft im alpine chic, ski in, ski out

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Liebe Gäste, Cordial bainvegni a Gmuetli! Herzlich Willkommen im Gmuetli! Im Herzen von Arosa, in der Nähe des Obersees gelegen findet ihr unser kleines liebevoll eingerichtetes Bijou. Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The beautiful spacious studio (29 m² and 8 m² balcony) is centrally and quietly located in Valbella, just before Lenzerheide, in the Arosa-Lenzerheide vacation region. It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.

Spacious 2-room apartment located on 1st floor of a residential building in a quiet area at the sunniest part of Arosa, with swimming pool and sauna for shared use during the main season*. The sunny balcony offers a nice mountain view. *only available during winter and summerseason! Every second Thursday of the month the pool will be cleaned the whole day. Sauna availble for a fee to be paid onsite.

Chalet Sagentobel - pure relaxation and yet central

Our vacation home (Chalet Sagentobel) is old, but very cozy! The rushing stream and the infinite silence when it snows are truly special experiences in the chalet. Modern technology (46" flat screen TV, 50Mbit Wi-Fi, radio) and electric ovens in all rooms meet the centuries-old woodwork with a rustic, wood-heated tiled stove. We are happy to host you!
