Haus Gaut is located in the middle of nature in beautiful Langwies, a small mountain village in the Schanfigg. Those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers or sports enthusiasts will love this location. 15 minutes from Arosa by car or 2 train stops on the Rhätische Bahn. Please note that the train station is approximately 1 km and 98m in altitude. Haus Gaut is spread over 3 floors with 250m2 of living space, as well as 2 balconies, a sun terrace and endless meadows and forests around the house.

Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Wander- und Bikewege sowie die Skipiste gleich neben dem Haus, falls genug Schnee und die Piste präpariert ist. Der Bahnhof Davos-Laret und er Schwarzsee ist in nur 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.
