Haus Gaut is located in the middle of nature in beautiful Langwies, a small mountain village in the Schanfigg. Those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers or sports enthusiasts will love this location. 15 minutes from Arosa by car or 2 train stops on the Rhätische Bahn. Please note that the train station is approximately 1 km and 98m in altitude. Haus Gaut is spread over 3 floors with 250m2 of living space, as well as 2 balconies, a sun terrace and endless meadows and forests around the house.

(Für Deutsch: please scroll) Rustic, quietly located house where you hear the sound of rippling water, from the Chummerbach and from a small source next to the house. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama from every room, which you can only get with us! The "all inclusive" apartment for 2 to 6 people is integrated into our modern wooden construction. Davennablick, exclusive 80 m² apartment, large garden

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

Die Küche sowie die Wohn- und Schlafbereiche sind sehr gut ausgestattet und Bettwäsche, (jedoch keine Frottee- oder Badetücher)wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Da es ein älteres Haus ist, sind die Raumhöhen im ganzen Haus relativ niedrig. Im Sommer kann der grosszügige Garten mit Terrasse und einem Cheminee genutzt werden. Hostel to the little gorge

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.
