Our fully renovated cottage (4 ½ rooms) is located in Davos on the Rinerhorn. The unique location directly bythe ski slope, toboggan run and winter hiking trail is perfect for winter sports enthusiasts of all kinds. However, the comfortably furnished hut also invites you to relax and enjoy a cozy get-together at the same time. It is fully equipped and has shower/toilet, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, heating etc. Attention: In winter only accessible by mountain railroad (ski/sledge)!

Diese liebevoll gestaltete Blockhütte bietet auf 20 m² einen perfekt genutzten Raum für 2 Personen. Durch die warme Holzbauweise entsteht ein gemütliches, alpines Ambiente – ideal für eine erholsame Auszeit in der Natur. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Schlafgalerie mit komfortablem Doppelbett, die der Hütte ihren charmanten Charakter verleiht. Von hier oder von der Terrasse aus genießt du eine wundervolle Aussicht auf die beeindruckenden Churfirsten – ein Panorama, das verzaubert.

Modern, well-equipped log cabin

Der neu gebaute Stall hat Bodenheizung und einen Schwedenofen für zusätzliche Wärme. Außen blieb er unverändert, innen entstand ein isoliertes Haus mit privater Terrasse. Das Erdgeschoss bietet eine neue Küche mit Kochfeld, Backofen, kleinem Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und Kombi-Waschmaschine. Eine Eckbank und ein Esstisch sorgen für Gemütlichkeit. Auf der Galerie liegt ein Doppelbett mit Blick auf originale Balken. Das Bad mit Dusche verfügt über eine Elektroheizung für kalte Tage.

Small cozy chalet "Gerry" Arosa

In a chalet settlement in Innerarosa, the chalet "Gerry" is idyllically located at the end of a dead end. On foot you can reach the bus stop in three, the chair lift in just 5 minutes. Within a minute you can reach a ski and snowboard rental as well as children's ski school. You can ski in front of the chalet. Restaurant with breakfast possibility is close. Hiking trails lead into unique mountain landscapes. The chalet is ideal for a couple. Dogs are welcome.

Round hikes to Rellseck, Alplegi, Alpe Latons, Falla, Monteneu, Itonskopf or Kristberg can be approached directly from the property.

In addition to the Birkenhof apartments, there is also a rustic log house for rent, which can accommodates 5 to 13 people. It has a kitchen, a living room with tiled stove, bathroom, toilet, hall and 4 bedrooms. The outdoor area with campfire, meadow and forest and of course the parking are at the disposal of all guests. In the outdoor area in front of the log cabin, the WLAN from the Birkenhof can also be used!
