Dazu möchte ich euch einladen und euch ein wohliges Zuhause bieten. Das Chalet liegt in der Dorfmitte. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

"Saas, where the sun shines longer" Located on a sunny slope, in the middle of Prättigau. Idyllic, quiet Walser settlement. From Landquart in twenty minutes to Saas. Twenty minutes to Davos. In between is Klosters with two ski resorts, Gotschna with connection to Parsenn. Madrisa on the sunny slope with toboggan run to Saas, almost at your doorstep. Mandatory from 12 years: tourist tax/guest card Klosters-Davos 5.40 pp/day (to be paid locally) entitles you to various discounts.

Our cosy Swiss chalet is situated in Flumserberg Bergheim - a quiet residential area, the closest ski lift is 5min by car or accessible by public transport. The apartment is accessible down a flight of stairs with a separate entrance and private garden/patio. The 1 bedroom apartment with a sofabed in the lounge is suitable for 2 adults & 2 young children or 3 adults. There are spectacular views of the Alps (Churfirsten) from all windows. Newly renovated & fully equipped.

Quietly located farm with mountain and lake views

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. This unique place has a style all its own. It is new, well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a large balcony. Well located for skiing, some ski resorts can be reached in a short time. The bedroom has a box spring bed 180/200 cm for 2 people. For another 2 people, there is a sofa bed in the living room, so it would also be possible to book the loft with 4 people.
