Stilvolle und ruhige wie auch sehr gemütliche Studiowohnung an zentrale Lage mit Aussicht. 4 min. zu Fuss zur Talstation und dem Dorfplatz im Zentrum. Die Wohnung liegt 1750m.ü. Meer Mit dem Zug über Chur (1h) sehr gut erreichbar (5min zu Fuß von Bahnhof). Ca. 3min zu Fuss zum Obersee und zum Untersee (Badesee mit schöner Holzbadi). Parkplatz im Haus evtl. auf Anfrage vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen öffentlichen Parkplatz und ein Parkhaus in der Nähe.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Das Wohn- und das Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen Zugang zum Balkon. Der Balkon ist sonnig und die Aussicht auf das traumhafte Bergpanorama lädt zum Verweilen ein. Vom Haus bis zur Busstation sind es nur 200m und der Bus bringt sie bequem zu den Bahnen Weisshorn und Hörnli-Express.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
