Dank der kleinen Küche & dem kleinen Esstisch bietet sich der Ort auch wunderbar für Home-Office und eine Auszeit in den Bergen an. Im selben Gebäude befindet sich das Restaurant aifach mit der schönen Sonnenterrasse - ideal für ein tolles Abendessen oder einfach ein Kaffee oder Apéro in der heu.lounge. Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths right behind the house as well as two good restaurants.
