The ski resorts of Spieljoch, Hochzillertal-Hochfügen and the Zillertal Arena are just a few km from our house and can be reached by car!

In winter just 4 km from 2 largest ski resorts in the valley, the skibus stop is just up to 5 walking minutes from the house (the drive by skibus takes 10 minutes). In the summer you can enjoy the beautiful garden with small natural swimming pond, BBQ corner, small kids playground, different spots with deckchairs, mountain views.

The apartment is about 1000 m away The ski resorts Hochzillertal- Hochfügen and the Zillertal Arena are only a few km from our house and can be reached by car. The small, cozy Apart die Almsünde has free Wi-Fi, ski storage room with drying room, car parking!! In winter, winter tires are absolutely necessary!!! In case of snowfall, also snow chains!!!!

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
