Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ayvalık

It was a wonderful experience for us. Mustafa arranged everything before we arrived. Place is comfortable and fun. Recommended, 10 out of 10.

Mrs. Gülay's house is really wonderful, she thought of everything to make us comfortable. All the electronic appliances in the house work smoothly, which made me very happy. As seen in the pictures, the decoration of the house is quite stylish, it is a Greek house with a very pleasant accommodation ❤️ I think it's the best location in Ayvalık, with cobblestone pavements and many wonderful Greek houses, I didn't know where to look while walking around. The neighbors are also very sweet. It is also very precious for me that he accepted my little dog. I stay in Ayvalık every year, and I've stayed in this kind of house before, but this has become my favorite place by far. See you next summer. 🤗❤️

Mr. Ali was very caring and kind, the house was clean and very nice. The location was very good, close to everywhere in the center. We had most of the things we needed at home. First of all, we would like to thank our hosts very much. We enjoyed our 2-day stay very much, the house was spotless and as seen in the pictures. Although the side was full, we were not bothered at all. We loved the view, no words in the peace of the environment. It was a nice getaway for us. We started thinking when we'd come back.

It was a house with an unspoiled spirit of 134 years. We didn't encounter anything to disturb like any smell and squeak. It had a high ceiling and a lovely ambiance. We loved Ahmetçe Village and this beautiful house! We came as 6 people and we all admired the comfort, cleanliness and peaceful environment of the house. You can start your day with a great breakfast in the garden and end the day while enjoying the view on the terrace. A pleasant stay with nature with the sounds of birds. The atmosphere of the house is just great.

Everything was as discussed beforehand. We had a nice vacation as a family. We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday, especially because of the sincere neighbors of the residents. Only towels are not available in the stay. Future guests need to bring their own towels when they arrive, and future guests can take this into account.

Beautiful home in a cozy and calm area near the sea. It is also easily accessible 10-15minutes from the center. We also had no problems communicating with the host. So we had a very nice vacation.

Everything you need has been thought of in a villa that is completely yours and right by the sea. The inside of the villa was clean. She was very friendly, sincere and a local resident. It was very nice in terms of its view and comfort by the sea. The courtyard was also a place where we spent a lot of time with pleasure as an alternative to the sea view. Although it was very hot outside, the house was very cool and spacious due to the fact that it was made of stone. It was very nice to have a beautifully decorated bathroom in each room. There are very high quality products from the electronic devices used in the kitchen to other materials. We left saying that we should come again and again.

Mr. Ismail's communication was very good. The little surprises he made for the children and the local products he presented were very fun and enjoyable. The location is really nice, it's a great place if you are planning a quiet and uncrowded holiday. Especially the walks you will take towards the village offer a different panorama of Edremit bay. Especially in hot weather, a refreshing breeze relaxes you at any time of the day compared to the low and non-windy coastal area.
