The walking distance to the center of Ayvalık is 5 minutes and you can reach the beaches and Cunda Island in 15 minutes by car. We can speak Russian, German and English.

Ground floor: kitchen, living room, WC. Middle floor: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe, bathroom, WC. Upper floor: terrace with magnificent sea view, seating area, 1 double bed and armchair. There are lemon and olive trees in the garden. Cleanliness is very important. You can drive to the front of the house, but you can park on the upper street.
