The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

For animal-friendly people, the vacation home is the ideal place to spend your vacation with your pets. You share the large property with native plants, birds, deer, rabbits and lizards.

The apartment is 40 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. It includes a bedroom with 3 beds, a sofa bed, a bathroom, a private terrace and a small kitchen. For our little ones, we offer a petting zoo, pony rides and a playground. Guests with dogs are welcome.
