Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

Mattenham23 is your exclusive retreat in a secluded location with a fantastic view over the Vilstal. Surrounded by nature, tranquility, and wide-open skies, you can enjoy a relaxing break from everyday life. Explore the region's bike paths, discover the Bavarian Forest, or spend a relaxing day in Passau. After hours in the sun, the outdoor shower provides soothing refreshment. Let your gaze wander over the Vilstal and enjoy the freedom and privacy of your getaway.

Prühmühle: Residential and event house on the water

The farmhouse with seminar and event room is also suitable for celebrations, bachelor parties, weddings, concerts, etc. The location near the city of Eggenfelden can also be used after 10 pm. The historic mill is right on the river, where you can also swim. In the old farmhouse you can live traditionally. The large garden invites you to barbecue and make a fire. Fishing is possible with a day ticket. In the cold season, a barrel sauna can also be organized.

A sauna can be used for an extra charge. Hiking trails start right outside the front door – ideal for nature and active vacations.

There are also several golf courses and the largest golf resort in Europe in the immediate vicinity.
