Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

A bright bedroom features a spacious bed with crisp white linens, complemented by soft gray bedding. A plush green sofa adds a pop of color beside a desk. Large windows allow natural light to fill the room, while sheer curtains gently diffuse the sunlight.

Our guests can park their vehicle only 250 m away in an underground garage in a reserved parking space (included in the price). In the apartment you can use the Wi-Fi for free. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

Feel good in this great apartment "Gustav"

The Apartmenthaus Rottalblick is located directly next to the Bad Griesbach wellness spa. This can be easily reached from the apartment via a bathrobe access. There are also several golf courses and the largest golf resort in Europe in the immediate vicinity. The apartment itself is characterized by its bright, quiet style which is underlined with small amenities such as the new coffee machine and a cozy couch. Come and see for yourself! :)
