It is located about 1 km from the nearest ski lift (Areitbahn), 10 minutes walk and 4 minutes by car. There is a very large parking lot. And about 5 minutes from the nearest ski bus stop. Zell am See city is 3 min drive. The lake is less than 5 minutes by bike. The house is surrounded by mountains that are all climbable, there is plenty of hiking fun for every level.
