The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 2,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Time out on the mountain. With us at the Alpeltalhütte at 1100 m, directly below steep rock walls and surrounded by forest and nature, you will find your perfect place for your time out. The Alpeltalhütte, which has existed since 1919, has been completely renovated by us and now offers six wonderful, modern apartments built with natural raw materials. Here you can walk right from the front door and start your adventure around the Berchtesgaden mountains.

Extraordinary living experience in the ecological Canadian log cabin. Natural logs and sheep's wool - nothing more! Sleep in pine beds and sweat in your own pine sauna. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Vacation home 2

The holiday apartment 2 is located in Taxenbach and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. This 45 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as cable TV. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor.
